Weddings
We've done a lot of shopping around and looked at all the different wedding packages out there and after a bit of thought on the matter we came to the conclusion that we really don't want to do our pricing like everyone else.
Maybe it's nice to have options like "Platinum" and "Diamond" packages but when we take on your wedding we're doing it because we want to take the best pictures we can of what we know is the most important day in your life as a couple.
The last thing we want you to worry about is if you were lucky enough to chose the right photographic package when you hired us.
So here's the deal. We charge $3000.00 for your engagement and wedding pictures. Normally we'll spend about 1 ½ hours on the engagement session and 6-8 hours for the wedding. You'll get two photographers capturing everything and when we are all done you'll get a DVD with all the best images. If you want us to print the pictures for you we can do it, if you want to have them done at the local photo department that's just fine too.
It's always been your day – now they can be your pictures too.
Portraits
Portraits are fun for us and we hope they are going to be a blast for you too. From Senior Portraits to Family Portraits, we try to find the real you in every image we capture.
Our sessions can be done on location or in our studio depending on the time of year or the mood you are looking for. Unlike most photographers we charge one fee for photo sessions instead of charging family's one price and high school seniors another much higher one.
When we are done with the shoot, which includes digital skin touch up, blemish removal and special effects, you'll get a DVD with all the images on it instead of a bill for any prints you want to order.
Sometimes it's good to be different.
Our sessions are $350 for about an hour and a half of picture taking and image consulting so we know exactly what look you're looking for.
Baby Club
Welcoming a new member to the family is a wonderful occasion but boy do all those little costs add up. While we love the convenience of stopping by the mall to get some pictures of that wrinkly newborn, truth be told, that little cost seems to add up allot faster than most. By the time you buy all the amazing pictures your newborn just posed for it's easy to wonder how you'll ever put em through college.
Because we realize every parent wants great pictures of their kids, we decided to launch our Baby Club in hopes of saving you all a little bit of money. Our club consists of five one hour shoots covering newborn, three month, six month, nine month and one year sessions. The full package is $800 but we are happy to break that into five separate payments of $160 each if that helps.
When we are done with each milestone shoot we provide you with a custom printed DVD that includes all of your edited and finished images on it so there's no more worrying about which shots you want to buy. While every child is different, most seem happy to pose for fifty to a hundred unique images during each session and unlike most photographers we love it when the whole family joins in so bring the whole family if you like.
Harvest Moon Photography is a joint venture between two passionate photographers, Autumn Lee and Michael Voges. Our company was established with the goal of bringing a bit of humanity back into what seems to have become an overly commercialized business.
Yes, we need to charge you for taking your picture but our hope is that we charge you less and give you more. From a quick portrait session to a full day event we do everything we can to work for you and take the pictures that you will enjoy for years to come.
Because the two of us work together on most shoots, you'll be able to take advantage of our uniquely different shooting styles. While Autumn enjoys the up close and personal aspects of what some might call "traditional photography", Michael often takes a more distanced approach preferring to catch people between the shots for more of a "photo journalistic" approach.
We both work hard to make sure that our customer's are confident and relaxed so the pictures we take are of you, not some cliché pose.
